Lucy Delius – A new brand identity Art Direction & Identity Creation

Taking the essence of the old, and making it new, London-based Lucy Delius Jewellery creates modern, meticulously crafted jewels that are at home alongside inherited, collected or other beloved pieces.

STUDIO LEES was tasked with creating all elements of the visual identity, to provide Lucy Delius with a confident, timeless yet playful presence - in total alignment with the brand. The brand is therefore centred on personality whilst showcasing the high-end quality of the product. In addition to the brand identity, STUDIO LEES art directed and produced the launch campaign.

Middle Journal was a bold and brilliant editorial concept by Arta Ghanbari, with a desire to create a genderless and seasonless journal that celebrates identity and personal style, with an intellectual, craft-based approach to fashion.

Jessica McCormack – Carmela Art direction & Design

Jessica McCormack is the home of effortlessly chic, contemporary diamond jewellery. Their distinctive designs are ultra-wearable and endlessly versatile: made to be adored by this generation and the next. STUDIO LEES has been collaborating with the London-based jewellery designer since 2017 to showcase her stunning designs.

The latest campaign CARMELA celebrates a collection inspired by the Italian food culture. 'Forget everything you know about the gangster’s mole, the mob boss’s wife, the mafia mama. At Jessica McCormack, she’s no longer relegated to the kitchen – she’s the boss.

Meet Carmela, the muse behind the new collection that 'swirls strands of diamonds around a fork and places them between the lips without so much as smudging your lipstick.' tlessly chic, contemporary diamond jewellery. Their distinctive designs are ultra-wearable and endlessly versatile: made to be adored by this generation and the next. STUDIO LEES created the visual identity and all associated assets: advertising, printed materials, merch and event collateral.

Roxie Nafousi – Rebrand Brand creative & Creative direction

STUDIO LEES collaborated with Author Roxie Nafousi to craft a fresh brand identity characterised by hyper-reductive visual aesthetics and a neutral approach to graphic design and palette. The identity, marked by desaturated colours and tones, aims to convey a sense of tranquility and facilitate seamless communication, echoing the essence of Roxie's work.

The undertaking encompassed a complete rebrand, steering the creative direction for a comprehensive new image bank to bolster the fresh creative approach. Simultaneously, we revamped her social media platforms to align with her already substantial online presence. Subsequently, a new website design was implemented to further elevate her digital footprint.

Hermione Olivia – CEO Yourself Design

We were approached by Hermione Olivia, entrepreneur and EU & UK CEO of JSHealth Vitamins to create an identity for CEO YOURSELF — a motivational resource platform.

Building from an idea to a fully realised identity, we were involved in every stage of the branding experience, working collaboratively with Hermione to deliver a brand. STUDIO LEES was involved in all steps of the process, the creative direction, visual identity, website, socials and merchandise.

Abbie Whitehead Architects – Rebrand Brand identity & Design

A new identity for architectural practice AWA.

We crafted a modern and cohesive identity with a minimalistic aesthetic that mirrors the precision of the architecture practice. The website boasts an intuitive interface, prioritising visual elements to showcase the firm's portfolio with clarity. The logo, simple yet sophisticated, serves as a visual anchor, while a muted colour palette adds a timeless quality. The stationery design maintains consistency, featuring the logo prominently and emphasising a clean layout across various collateral. This rebrand embodies a harmonious blend of minimalism and meticulous attention to detail, communicating professionalism and a commitment to architectural excellence.

V&A Museum – Editorial redesign Art Direction

The V&A is a family of museums dedicated to the power of creativity. The brief was to establish a new visual system for this iconic museum's editorial department, redesigning its magazine and digital offering. STUDIO LEES took a contemporary approach to the traditional fonts and classic flourishes of the V&A’s huge and incredible archive of work, in order to create maximum impact.

Merchant Archive – The Experience Creative Direction

Spring-Summer campaign
'It’s more like I’m having an experience than making a picture.' Cy Twombly.

We worked with artist Sarah Woodburn to create a piece on artwork on set. Every shot she worked on the canvas so the piece developed as the shoot continued. We wanted a true perspective and insight into how an artist works to encapsulate the spirit of ‘the artist’.

A directorial debut, this film was created for Merchant Archive to showcase the AW17 collection. The Merchant Archive AW17 film considers the delicate balance of the natural world, reflecting on current unsettled times through the freedom and unification of dance.
